Responsibilities

The Business Operation and Leadership Internship is one discipline of IDEMIA North America’s 12-week Summer Internship Program. The intern will be an integral member of the Enrollment Services team and will provide administrative support to staff. In this role, interns will have the opportunity to learn and assist with collection and querying of data, data entry, summarization, and dissemination of data to support day to day operational tasks related to corporate and contract Personnel Security and Credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

  • Highly focused on the review of credentialing files and reporting to work with candidates and cross functional teams to obtain missing, incomplete, and expiring items
  • Maintain filing information for candidates going through the credentialing/onboarding process
  • Driving initiative to expedite the onboarding process and minimizing the time in process
  • Regularly communicates with internal and external candidates via email and/or phone
  • Oversees regulatory compliance expectations for state and federal programs
  • Formulates criteria and workflows for candidates to follow to meet state and federal requirements to gain system access
  • Identifies and recommends improvements to workflows and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Supports recurring internal and external audit of records
  • Prepares reports and monitors data
  • Provide support for general or department-specific administration of enrollment services processes and efforts

A successful candidate will have exceptional time management, organizational, communication skills, and the ability to identify employee related issues and assist in their resolution. 

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • You are a college junior, senior, or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Extremely attentive to details
  • High organizational and time management skills
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to support multiple team members and projects simultaneously and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Analytical skills to receive, assemble and report on data records
  • Passion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issues

The US hourly rate for this position is $20.
