Come join the Repair Management Services team based in Monroe, North Carolina! We are an exciting team of Aerospace professionals that manage the maintenance and overhaul of Collins components through our network of suppliers. This Co-op position will give you the opportunity to work with our data models and develop tools for the team to use to improve productivity through Data Analytics!

This role is for a spring (January start) and summer (early to mid-August end) co-op. You would need to take the spring semester off. This role is onsite, in Monroe, NC. This role may be eligible for relocation.

What You Will Do:

• You will be responsible for specific project deliverables, decision support assistance and support of operational and organizational performance.
• You will be assigned to several projects or functions based on your specific skill set and interests.
• You may work on Pricing File maintenance, Contract Compliance Matrix generation, negotiation support, supplier management, delivery assurance, supplier performance assessment/corrective action and Quality oversight and management.
• You will be working with large amounts of data and drawing conclusions based on your analysis of the data.

What You Will Learn:

• You will learn how to develop and release process automations using VBA within Excel.
• You will learn to Maintain a SQL database.
• You will learn to develop and release dashboards within Tableau.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Understand and use common Microsoft applications (proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint).
• Analyze large amounts of data identifying actions based on the results and have knowledge of Coding, VBA, R, SQL will be key to success in this role.
• Be process-focused and identify where improvements are necessary and have an understanding of any of the modern data analysis programs.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
