Overview
Manage and deliver high quality, minor projects, repairs and service to Facilitate Customers.
Responsibilities
- Understand Janus products and Storage Facilities needs to establish subcontractor scopes of work.
- Identify and establish a subcontractor base in various geographical regions of our working area.
- Transmit plans, Scopes and specifications to subcontractors for bidding and delivery purposes.
- Manage, oversee and contract out jobs from $5,000 - $150,000.
- Promptly provide customers with communication and feed back regarding their required works and services.
- Ensure all works are being carried out in conjunction with Janus / Facilitate SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Communication within the team & Janus Core to compile, elevate and better complete ongoing jobs.
- Provide customers with indicative and actionable pricing for facilitate service offerings.
- Present and upsell or intercompany opportunities to management and sales Representatives.
- Communicate requirements and legalities surrounding ongoing and upcoming works to appropriated contractors and vendors, along with vetting and confirming documentations required and logging into the vendor files.
- Assist the Estimation teams, and Management staff in pulling or establishing permits for various projects.
- Research and identify the potential need for business licenses, permitting and requirements in varying markets.
- Assist with new facilitate initiatives and opportunities as required.
- Use and management of ongoing jobs through client portals as requested and through Facilitates specific IMS and assist with process updates and procedure changes to suit functions.
- Reporting on ongoing and progress of jobs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years related experience.
- General Construction/ remediation and Maintenance knowledge and experience.
- Intermediate computer skills required including proficiency with MS Office & takeoff software.
- Travel up to sites and locations as needed local with occasional interstate.
- Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, customer representatives & internal staff.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints. Possess a general knowledge of construction means & methods.
- Knowledge and understanding of Storage industry requirements and facilities services specifications.
