Building Control System Integrator

Richmond, VA or nearby area

Travel:

About 30% or once every 2 weeks for approximately 3 days (fully reimbursed)

What we need:

We need a multi-disciplined individual with BAS control knowledge. Primary focus of open protocol systems such as Tridium Niagara working with their N4 version. Applicant must have N4 programming experience. Should be knowledgeable of workbench, programming and graphical interface development. Some electrical and/or mechanical engineering background (degree would be preferred) which is helpful on understanding what the BAS controls. Approximately 5 years of experience with those skills. Considering Junior level individual but may consider others with the right qualities. Person more important than the qualifications. Personnel qualities and qualifications will help determine the roles the individual might fill. 

Reporting to the Solutions Group Director

Person should be able to work efficiently and dependably remote (job will be in the office but can be remote a few days) individual must be able to come to the office at any time. Full time office may be required in the future.

Skills:

Relevant degree or diploma in engineering. (preferred)

More than 5 years of relevant work experience in Tridium Niagara. N4 Certified.

  Demonstrated success in business development; client management and project delivery, client satisfaction, and management of project teams

  Computer skills – Word, Excel, Visio, CAD (Microsoft and REVIT), MS Project (~Gantt chart)

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. (English)

Will need to travel and be mobile to walk job sites
