Are you a tech-savvy student with an interest in digital organization, systems optimization, and cross-team collaboration? Join our team as an Enterprise Content Management Intern, where you'll help streamline how our organization manages critical documentation across multiple sites. 

This internship offers hands-on experience with Documentum, a leading enterprise content management system, and the opportunity to contribute to real-world productivity improvements. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Markham, ON location on a Hybrid work schedule.

This is a four-month internship starting in May of 2026. 

You Must Have:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.

  • Experience with content management systems or data organization is a plus, but not required. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with site teams to gather important documents from various legacy data retention systems.
  • Assist in consolidating documentation into a centralized platform (Documentum).
  • Help configure and improve Documentum’s user interface to enhance usability.
  • Support the setup of standardized system functions to improve team productivity.
  • Participate in user training and provide support during system adoption.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement based on user feedback and system performance.
