The Internship

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will play an integral role in creating visually compelling content that enhances Force Factor’s brand presence across various digital platforms. Your creativity, time management skills, technical abilities, and passion for design will be key to delivering impactful visuals that resonate with our audience and support our marketing objectives.

Individuals selected for our Internship Program will actively contribute to our company’s growth while benefiting from hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. Our internship program is based five days a week in the Seaport District of Boston. Throughout the summer, interns will work on impactful projects that directly influence our brand’s progress. Additionally, interns will engage in a collaborative group project, playing a key role in driving significant advancements within a specific area of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Design advertisements, product listing photos, and Amazon Plus content using Photoshop and Figma. Deliver high-quality visuals that align with our brand standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Gain hands-on experience with Monday.com to manage daily tasks and track project progress. Utilize your skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to deliver high-quality work.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our best-in-class creative team to bring innovative ideas to life. You'll collaborate not only with digital designers but also gain valuable insights from copywriters, video editors, packaging designers, and Creative Team leaders, enriching your experience and broadening your skillset.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Tackle challenges with a creative mindset, ensuring that design solutions are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with business objectives.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway to enhance creative output, generate innovative design concepts, and optimize workflow efficiency. Utilize these platforms to stay ahead of trends and ensure our designs are both cutting-edge and impactful.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to ensure our visuals remain fresh, relevant, and competitive in the market.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at an accredited 4-year institution. Open to first year - senior students.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academic and extracurricular commitments (i.e., work experience, clubs, volunteer activities, teams, etc.).
  • Software Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus!
  • A strong knowledge of UX/UI, branding, typography, and graphic design principles. Understanding and excitement of AI platforms/strategies in design are a plus!
  • A performance-focused, results-oriented approach - you will need a strong work ethic and drive to achieve results.
