Your Team, Your Impact
We run a dynamic and fast-paced internship program at Marvell with over 15+ offices across North America, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented intern to join us in supporting the day-to-day operations with the University Programs Team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in internal communications, event execution, and project management—perfect for someone interested in communications, operations, or project management.What You Can Expect
Help onboard new interns by supporting pre-hire communications and events, swag creation and distribution, and more!
Assist with coordination of internal trainings for the intern managers and mentors
Plan intern events (kickoffs, socials, networking, and developmental sessions)
Support communications: draft and send newsletters, program updates, calendar invites, and Slackmessages
Maintain the intern program calendar, schedule meetings, and help with basic data management (excel)
Remotely coordinatelogistics for our 15+ North America intern offices (Zoomsupport, catering, room bookings, and shared team email alias)
Work cross-functionally with support teams such as HR, Communications, Marketing, IT, site security, etc.
Create and analyze surveys, recap documents, and feedback summaries post-events
Support global intern initiatives such as our annual global Innovation Sprint
What We're Looking For
Enrolled in a co-op eligible program in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, HR, Business Admin, or some related focus
Can begin working full-time in January 2026 and stay through the summer intern program, which concludes in August 2026
Great written and verbal communicator with a professional tone
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confident using tools like Excel, Zoom, OutlookCalendars, and Slack
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines
Enjoys creating structure, staying on top of follow-ups, and improving processes
Interested in not only supporting the Summer 2026 Marvell Intern Program but also being a participant!
