Your Team, Your Impact

We run a dynamic and fast-paced internship program at Marvell with over 15+ offices across North America, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented intern to join us in supporting the day-to-day operations with the University Programs Team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in internal communications, event execution, and project management—perfect for someone interested in communications, operations, or project management.

What You Can Expect

  • Help onboard new interns by supporting pre-hire communications and events, swag creation and distribution, and more!

  • Assist with coordination of internal trainings for the intern managers and mentors

  • Plan intern events (kickoffs, socials, networking, and developmental sessions)

  • Support communications: draft and send newsletters, program updates, calendar invites, and Slackmessages

  • Maintain the intern program calendar, schedule meetings, and help with basic data management (excel) 

  • Remotely coordinatelogistics for our 15+ North America intern offices (Zoomsupport, catering, room bookings, and shared team email alias)

  • Work cross-functionally with support teams such as HR, Communications, Marketing, IT, site security, etc.

  • Create and analyze surveys, recap documents, and feedback summaries post-events

  • Support global intern initiatives such as our annual global Innovation Sprint

What We're Looking For

  • Enrolled in a co-op eligible program in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, HR, Business Admin, or some related focus

  • Can begin working full-time in January 2026 and stay through the summer intern program, which concludes in August 2026

  • Great written and verbal communicator with a professional tone

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident using tools like Excel, Zoom, OutlookCalendars, and Slack 

  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • Enjoys creating structure, staying on top of follow-ups, and improving processes

  • Interested in not only supporting the Summer 2026 Marvell Intern Program but also being a participant!

  • Compensation: $25CAD /hr
