We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our Real Estate team from May to August of 2026!
Our Summer Intern Program is designed to support the development of students and recent graduates for future positions by offering one-on-one mentoring, peer and experiential learning, internal training programs, and much more.
We are currently accepting applications for undergraduate students who have completed 2nd, 3rd or 4th year and are seeking the opportunity to work in the real estate investment management space.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Associate Portfolio Managers and Senior Analysts with due diligence process and preparation of investment reports and presentation materials.
- Develop, generate, and collate periodic and ad-hoc analysis using various sources to respond to board and client reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to improving policies, procedures, and strategies to enhance the portfolio’s risk-return profile.
- Support real estate asset monitoring throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Provide status updates on assets within the portfolio and competing properties.
What do you need to succeed?
- Functional understanding of Real Estate Investment, Accounting, and Valuation principles.
- Be diligent, detail oriented, and accurate when preparing deliverables.
- Driven to continuously learn from experiences and seek out feedback and development opportunities.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Critical, analytical thinker and fast learner
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Having a collaborative mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Self-starter with a great work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
