ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer paid, full-time summer internships for many majors, with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career, we provide dedicated staff mentors. You’ll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System, you’ll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2026 and will be based in the [Insert location] office.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:
Candidate will work on fast pace collaborative environment within ITS department. The team is formed of standard Agile Scrum team including Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, Product Owner, Product Manager, and Scrum Master. The delivery team is responsible for deliverables of software enhancements and maintenance of the application.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work with team on developing enhancements in Appian platform
- Work with team to investigate any production defects and provide fix
- Refine requirements, provide design recommendation, and implement solutions in low code platform
- Documents new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Accountable for own work.
- Assist business and leadership with reporting
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Preferred Degrees/Major: Computer Science, Management information system, or technical Bachelors or Masters degree
- Software Skills: Low code platform, Appian experience is a plus, SQL, Java, Python, Git, Gitlab, Tableau, JIRA
- Understands Software Development life cycle in AGILE and SAFe
- Understands fundamental theories, principles, and concept of Software Development
- Provides Informative, timely, and clear information; asks questions and checks for understanding
- Self Starter and curiosity to learn and deliver on commitments
