About the Role Dow Jones is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Management Intern to work on core products and platforms that support some of our most impactful brands, such as The Wall Street Journal. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in product development within a renowned media organization, and offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product analytics, market research, and competitive analysis in a dynamic business environment. This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office. You Will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and insights for product development. Assist in the testing, and iteration of digital products to enhance user experience. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, patterns in product adoption and engagement, and opportunities in the media industry. Conduct research and review data to understand factors influencing customer decisions. Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our products against market alternatives Assist in creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders Support the product team in data-driven decision-making processes Assist in user testing and feedback collection to inform product improvements. Support the implementation and launch of new features and products. Work closely with product managers to develop and maintain product roadmaps. You Are: Currently enrolled and have completed at least two years towards a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field, in an undergraduate or graduate program. BY NEXT SUMMER, YOU WILL BE: either a rising junior or rising senior in your undergrad program. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with digital media, journalism, and current industry trends.
