About TP ICAP

A world-leading intermediary in the wholesale financial and energy markets, TP ICAP (COEX Partners) seeks to maximise value for its clients' trading activities across voice, hybrid and pure electronic channels.

We offer broking services for a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Credit, FX, Rates and Insurance Derivatives. 

Across all asset classes, TP ICAP offers e-solutions to give clients the choice to enter prices and execute trades electronically and directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers to help identify and negotiate trades.

Role Overview

This is a short term assignment in our Credit Research team in Paris, to help gain exposure to the function and wider TP ICAP Group. You will gain direct, hands-on exposure to what a professional in this area would expect day to day.

Role Responsibilities:

• Understand TP ICAP’s overall business strategy and vision

• Working with the Credit Research team on day to day tasks and project based assignments defined by your manager such as:

  • Assist in communicating investment ideas in the credit market to credit sales brokers and clients

  • Prepare sector market research and Issuer credit focus reports covering corporate and financial sectors

  • Marketing & digital campaigns, assist in sale of Credit Research subscriptions in Europe and in the UK

• Understanding of Programming (specifically VBA/Python)
