The Pharma Technical Winter Student Analyst position, based in Mississauga, offers undergraduate students a valuable opportunity to delve into the heart of Roche's Technical Operations, crucial for manufacturing their medicines. By collaborating closely with stakeholders across various Pharma functions, students gain practical exposure to process implementation, project management, and innovative technological applications that enhance business productivity and profitability. This role involves diverse project assignments and rotations across key areas such as Global Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Biologics Manufacturing, Strategy & Engineering, Technical Development, Project and Portfolio Management and Operations Procurement. Roche emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strict adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring a comprehensive learning environment for budding professionals.
The Opportunity:
Participate in Pharma Technical projects, process improvements, and support activities.
Contribute to system and process design under supervision, ensuring goals and timelines are met.
Work with peers and cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Build experience in Pharma Technical Operations project management, organizational skills, and interaction with specialists.
Practice self-management, time management, and goal-setting; work with Pharma Technical mentors to develop career goals.
Who You Are:
Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Operations, Business/Commerce, Policy or related fields.
Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail including the ability to accomplish a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a proactive, positive and constructive manner
Proven critical thinking and creativity skills; solve problems by applying technical and functional experiences
Highly motivated, self-driven individual with passion working within pharmaceutical industry
Additional Information:
Duration: (4 months and/or 8 months), work term (Full time) and will begin in (Jan 2026).
Location: Based in Mississauga, Ontario.
Our team follows a hybrid work structure (minimum 3 days in the office).
This position is not eligible for relocation support.
