The internship will take place in the Group's historical headquarters in the center of Paris at Quai d'Orsay.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

V.I.E is a pre-recruitment program that involves recruiting young talented professionals among European citizens for a fixed term contract (6 to 24 months) to have an international experience abroad in one of Air Liquide entities. This program is in partnership with Business France.

As a VIE Graduate Program Assistant you will support the VIE Program manager primarily in managing this corporate graduate program (the V.I.E. program). You will contribute by : 

  • Recruitment of VIEs (outside of Europe) recruit, coordination with the Talent Acquisition team and publishing the job offers.

  • Employer Branding : Being part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team , you’ll participate and contribute to Business France Forums (physical and digital) related to Fresh Graduates event.

  • Operational/Administrative Tasks : Act as HR contact of VIE hired at Liquide for the following topics : VIE allowance , professional reimbursement, ad-hocs,.etc)

  • Act as a main point for the VIE community globally at Air Liquide.

Are you a MATCH?

Education : Bac+5 (HR, Business Admin..etc)

Languages : English fluency /  French is highly advantageous.

Professional experience : Previous experience/internships in an HR role will be advantageous

Skills

  • Knowledge of Google Suite is essential

  • Being at ease with data /figures 

  • Excellent communication (both written and oral)

  • Teamplayer (able to work in team, share and delegate tasks)

  • Open minded , able to adapt in a multinational environment,

  • Proactive and result oriented

Additional Information

Air Liquide has been awarded the Happy Trainees label.

The internship will take place in the Group's historical headquarters in the center of Paris at Quai d'Orsay. 

  • Geographical location: France / Ile de France / 75-Paris

  • Desired start date: December 1st,2025

  • Duration of the internship : 6 months

  • Remuneration: according to profile (between €1,300 and €1,600/month)
