Who We Are Looking For:  

This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a Product Management Support Co-Op within State Street’s Global Technology Services organization. Our technology function, Global Technology Services (GTS), is vital to State Street and is the key enabler for our business to deliver data and insights to our clients. What You Will Do:    

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to manage dependencies, identify risks, and deliver solutions 

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps. 

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation. 

  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. 

  • Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specifications. 

  • Participate in product launch activities and help monitor product performance post-launch.  

  • Support the product management team in various administrative tasks as needed

Education and Preferred Qualifications:  

Candidates should be:  

  • Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management with a Project focus, or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation 

  • Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization 

  • Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment 

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement 

  • Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas

Certification nice to haves (not required to apply): 

  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) – PMI 

  • Google Project Management Certificate  

  • Scrum Master Certified (SMC)  

  • AgilePM Foundation 

  • PRINCE2 Foundation 

  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)  

  • ITIL Foundation Certificate 

  • Microsoft Certified: Project Management Fundamentals 

  • Certified Product Manager (CPM)

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
