Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Oil & Gas, working as an Intern in Tallahassee.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Assist in both engineering and administrative tasks as needed
• Develops and distributes meeting minutes and correspondence
• Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
• Monitor and follow up on past due document and submittal deliverables.
• Setup and support meeting minutes and reports.
• Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports as needed.

What your experience looks like

• Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
• Studying Bachelor's in Engineering
• College CAD knowledge
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
