Internship Details:
Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026
Schedule: Full-time,40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $14/hour
Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis, TN

Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate
Passionate about our mission
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be 18 years of age or older
Internship Focus:
The Social Media Insights Strategist Internship position willbe focusedon data,trendsand forecasting in the social media space. Working on the Social Media Strategy and Engagement Team, you will be exposed to social media content creation end to end, and the insights you provide willimpactthe content created for our channels with a combined 4M+ following.
The ideal candidate is someone who has an eye for quality content, an interest in data patterns and understanding the “why” behind content and someone eager to jump in and offernew ideasin a collaborative, fast-paced, FUN! environment.
Project work will include:
Analyzing and communicating trends in social media data
Using social insights to inform planning
Developing growth-focused strategies and content
Communicating with and informing team(s) how best to create andleveragecontent to grow followers
Staying abreast of sibling charities' and top brands' social platforms
Informing team of trending topics, conversations on social
Bringingnew ideasto the table (content, channels we should be on, etc.) based on data gleaned
Experience working with social media content systems like Sprinklr or Hootsuite a plus
Majors preferred:Business, computer science, data science, statistics, psychology, finance/economics, other related area of study
Skills preferred:Data analysis, Computational analysis, Critical thinking, Creative thinking, Interpersonal communication,Socialmedia strategy & content development
