HybridWhat you will do
The Co-Op Program is a six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) assignment offered from (January 2026 to June 2026). As a Marketing Co-Op, you will become an integral part of a Consumer Brand Marketing or Marketing Capabilities team. You will be involved in projects that may include the following responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for various marketing channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and report on product and market performance
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status)
- Actively enrolled in an accredited university through the duration of co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Intended graduation date of 2026 or 2028
- Ability to commit to 6-month duration (January 2026 to June 2026) 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) for the length of the assignment
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (on 4.0 scale)
- Proficient in Windows software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

- Pursuing education in Marketing or Business focus
- High level of motivation and demonstrated passion for marketing/brand management/digital marketing
- Leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm, passion, and focus
- Ability to craft strong, collaborative working relationships and encourage creative solutions by effectively working through conflicts
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- The ability to think strategically & visualize what might or could be, and to take a strategic approach to current issues and challenges
- The courage to what is right and display sound judgement
What’s in it for you
Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges:
$20.00 - $45.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
