Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases. - Support hiring related project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams. Minimum Qualifications: - Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026 - Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).
