Our HRBP-Data TA team is responsible for the hiring delivery of Data, which leads AI and machine learning innovation, specializing in large-scale models for e-commerce, content discovery, and user experiences. Together with our business teams, we advance recommendation systems, search, computer vision, and more, creating intelligent, scalable solutions for the company's ecosystem.
As we work toward our goals, we are looking for enthusiastic students to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Internships at ByteDance aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to ByteDance and its affiliates' jobs globally. Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
- Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs. Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
- Support hiring related project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
- Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using recruiting tools like LinkedIn
