Join Ecolab as an Intern supporting the Ecolab India Supply Chain located in Pune

​The Internship will leverage candidate to apply analytical skills to identify and deep dive into end-to-end logistics operations. Candidate will be assigned a project to deliver improvement in last-mile delivery, Total Logistics Cost and create & establish Logistics Dashboard.

Project involves communication virtually and physically with various multi-functional team, operations units (plants, 3PL) to gather information and process it as per project requirement.

Candidate will be given opportunity to visit manufacturing plant, 3PL and understand end to end processes. Also, candidate will be given opportunity to work with leaders and SMEs

What You Will Do:

• Primary objective is to understand the current end-to-end logistics processes
• Analyse logistics operations data to achieve improvement in ;

                            - Optimized delivery cost

            -  Transporter’s TAT performance

                            -  Logistics visibility

            -  Logistics spend validation (billing)

• Work in partnership with multiple stakeholders and cross functional team, to identify, assess and evaluate changes related to end-to-end logistics operation

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in analysing processes and data
• Experience in delivering academic projects on operational excellence such as TPM, Continuous Improvement
• Ensures integration and alignment both vertically and horizontally across organization, within areas of planning, manufacturing, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and process efficiency.
• Strong process assessment & data analysis skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, Engineering, or related field
