Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, hours could be anywhere from a start time of 7 AM to 8:30 AM and ending 8.5 hours later accordingly.

How you’ll contribute

A Graduate Medical Education Administrator II who excels in this role:

  • Compile and report faculty and resident daily office statistics & EPIC reports as directed by Program Director and Practice Manager of Family Medicine Clinic.

  • Coordinates Faculty Meetings, schedules, and timecards.

  • Coordinate Faculty/Resident/Staff education/travel (conference/educational courses/recruitment trips).

  • Mail distribution for Department clinics and Residency Programs.

  • Secretarial duties as needed for Residency Programs.

  • Assist Chief Residents.

  • Responsible for OMT rounding schedule.

  • Prepare and distribute monthly didactic schedules.

  • Maintain attendance records for residents’ didactic conferences.

  • Type and distribute 4-week Block Schedules including each residents’ specific rotation site for the month.

  • Responsible for Resident Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification/Recertification.

  • Organizes educational conferences, monthly noon conference, schedules speakers, monitors attendance, and creates reports relevant to these, if applicable.

  • High Risk OB conference, coordination of resident’s dates and topics.

  • Maintain record of and invoices resident professional development money.

  • Orders office supplies for the residency programs.

  • Maintains the security of confidential information.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED. Additional requirements include:

  • To obtain a certificate or diploma in an administrative or secretarial course within 5 years.

  • 2 years Administrative Assistant/Secretary.
