As a Powerwall Sales Intern you will collaborate closely with the EMEA Energy Products team, playing a key role in bringing Tesla's home battery Powerwall to market. You’ll work primarily with the Italian Sales team, whilst also supporting operations across other regions. This role calls for a strong passion for renewable energy, energy storage and a deep commitment to advancing sustainable solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Support in the identification, vetting and onboarding of Tesla Powerwall Certified Installers
- Help the team build relationships with business partners and customers
- Help analyze and gather insight into photovoltaic and storage market structures, sales channels, and competitive products
- Help in the design and implementation of efficient business processes that streamline operations and enhance customer experience
- Gain hands-on experience in negotiating commercial contracts across various business contexts
- Support in the planning and execution of multiple business partner events, ensuring impactful engagement
- Review Tesla partners’ social media content, marketing assets, and event activities to align with Tesla's brand and guidelines
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree related to Management Engineering, Business, Economics and/or Energy Engineering (preferrably Master's Degree)
- Must be enrolled in higher education throughout the entire internship, no exceptions
- Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level)
- Strong passion for advancing sustainable solutions and expanding sustainable energy
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive approach, with a passion for problem-solving and executing tasks efficiently
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and business partners
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new processes & systems
- Interest in sales and business development within the renewable energy sector
- A drive to stay at the forefront of emerging market trends and cutting-edge technology
