This is a twelve (12) week internship program starting in May 2026. You must be enrolled in college during the internship with a graduation date after August 2026.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to support our Implementation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with clients on software implementation projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Configuration of Software Products: Support the setup and configuration of software products to meet client needs, including customized settings and workflows.
· Project Support: Assist the Implementation team in all phases of the project lifecycle, including Discovery, Data Review, System Configuration, Testing, and Go-Live.
· Workflow Development: Help customers evaluate and document workflows that align with their business processes, under the guidance of Senior Project Managers.
· Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop solutions that address customer requirements, gaining exposure to project management and technical problem-solving.
· Risk and Issue Management: Support the identification and tracking of risks, issues, and resolutions, and participate in team discussions to manage and mitigate these effectively.
· Communication with Haulers: Coordinate and communicate with haulers as part of the implementation process to ensure accurate and efficient integration of logistics needs within the software.
· Documentation: Contribute to thorough documentation of project activities, including configurations, issues, and resolutions, to maintain accurate records.
· Process Improvement: Identify and suggest potential improvements to enhance project efficiencies, client satisfaction, and software performance.
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Agriculture, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks across multiple client engagements.
· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in interacting with customers and team members over the phone and via email.
· Interest or experience in the agricultural sector or other process-oriented industries is preferred.
