Supply Chain - Vehicle Production Planning Intern

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Be a part of the monthly S&OP process in supporting the planners in charge of Partners’ manufacturing plants.
• Lead data consolidation around vehicles' specificities documentation, order rejection, capacity constraints, forecast accuracy, and mid-term forecast generation.
• Joining our team, you will be at the heart of vehicle distribution in our region covering Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, and Oceania (AMIEO).
• On a daily basis, thanks to your data, you will be in a position to enhance our S&OP process.
• Your contribution will be key to illustrate weaknesses about the current S&OP process to Partners, in terms of Role & Responsibilities, Systems gaps, and Timing.
• Assisting Partners' planners, you will have the opportunity to practice your Kaizen PDCA logic and still understand:
• Coordination and control of S&OP activities for all Nissan and Infiniti models produced at the AMIEO plants
• AMIEO allocation and supply shortage countermeasures
• Plant scheduling with Sales requirement alignment options
• Long-term volume Demand, Supply, and Inventory alignment for Nissan and Infiniti models
• Long-term and short-term volume and mix demand, supply capacity alignment
• New model launch and models' end-of-production coordination
• Nissan, Infiniti Inventory control including minimization of obsolete parts stock
 

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills; methodical, rigorous, and autonomous
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and Tableau
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• French language skills (strong plus)
• Experience in SCM Planning or SCM Tools is a big plus
