Overview of Adobe’s Student Athlete Micro-Internship

Adobe's Student-Athlete Micro Internship Program is focused on giving athletes a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills and work on real-world projects. As an Adobe intern, you’ll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects;you’ll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you’ll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing. Our SAMI Internship Program is 8 weeks long (May 26th, 2026 - July 24th, 2026) and part-time (25 hours per week). 

The Opportunity 

Adobe’s Digital Media Mobile App Store Marketing team is responsible for driving global adoption ofAdobe’smobile creative offerings. This includes apps in Generative AI, Photo & Imaging, Video, and Design categories. Our portfolio includes popular Adobe mobile apps such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Firefly! We are looking for a diligent, high-performing, and communications-savvy marketing intern to join us in supporting mobile growth strategy and operations for Adobe’s mobile applications within the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.This role will sit within Adobe’s Global Marketing Organization in the Mobile Growth team. 

In this role, you’ll work with our Sr Mobile App Store Marketing Manager, partners, and Product Management teams togain hands-on experience! You'll be part of the team that delivers on increasing a mobile app’s organic visibility, downloads, and conversion to drive growth and increase the user base. We do this throughlevers such as creative development, A/B testing, keyword optimization, culturalization of an app’s store listing, and competitive analysis. You’ll have the chance to be exposedto projects across multiple Adobe mobile apps, gaining exposure to a variety of creative tools and marketing strategies.

What You’ll Do 

  • Streamline and enhance operational processes for the Mobile App Store Marketing program, driving efficiency and clear communication across teams.
  • Support the development and execution of mobile growth experiments, contributing to internal resources such as playbooks and performance reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and ensure timely app store releases by proactively following up on deliverables.
  • Manage a mobile app’s calendar and promotional roadmap against product updates and/or seasonal events, building out the support plans for the App Stores
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to optimize mobile app visibility and performance in global app stores, including projects for Adobe apps such as Lightroom.
  • Support data analysis around creative testing, trend analysis, performancemetrics.
  • Assist in the creative production cycle of ideation, concepting, development, and delivery – working with various agency partners
  • Participate in various research projects, such as keyword research, regional holidays and celebrations, competitive landscape research
  • Contribute to ad hoc reporting and analysis depending on business needs

What You Need to Succeed 

  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2026 – August 2028
  • Ability to participate in a part time internship between end of May and July 2026.
  • Proficiency in project management and communication tools, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong interest in mobile marketing, performance marketing, and app store optimization strategies.
  • Analytical, data-driven mentality with a passion for research and critical thinking.
  • Collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn from top industry professionals.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
