The Opportunity:
CACI is offering exciting paid Internship opportunities as a Systems/BA Analyst supporting our NASA Consolidates Applications Platforms Services (NCAPS) contract. An intern Systems/BA Analyst job description requires candidates to be pursuing a relevant degree, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and be proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel.



Responsibilities:

  • Gathering: Documenting business and systems requirements for new or updated
  • processes.
  • Data Management: Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Recommending and helping to design new or improved business processes and systems.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Creating technical reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Assisting with project planning, tracking, and implementation, often in an agile or scrum



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and the ability to connect information across various problem statements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to different audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools or software.
  • Data Skills: Ability to write SQL queries, understand physical and logical data models, and analyze data from databases.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Desired:

  • Previous Internship experience in business analytics or related field
  • 3.0 GPA preferred but not required

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$39,900-$79,900
