If you are an Engineering student looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you as a Facilities Engineering Intern!  Based in our Chanhassen, MN location, you will provide engineering support for various facility related projects.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Contribute through planning, design, and modification of facilities assets to support the business functions within. 
  • Learn how engineering problem solving methodology can be applied to complex problems
  • Participate in multiple projects at different stages such as initiation, design, planning, and execution
  • Be exposed to critical and complex building systems such as chilled water, heating water, hazardous exhaust, electrical distribution, specialty gases, fire protection, etc.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or Science from an Engineering School (students of any class status will be considered) 
  • Zero (0) years of related experience 
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States 
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Prior internship experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $25.00- 27.00 hourly, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
