General Description (Summary, Scope, Purpose)

HUB SoCal is looking for a full-time apprentice to join our team. If you’re a self-motivated individual with a strong interest in having a successful career, we encourage you to apply. We’re accepting applicants from Southern California.   

This in-person apprenticeship program requires you to commit to working 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. You will become a regular HUB employee for this apprenticeship period and will be allowed to participate in all HUB benefits.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship would pave the way for you to obtain a Property & Casualty License and secure a full-time position with HUB International, 6th largest Insurance Brokerage in the world.

Requirements

  • College Graduates, Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before January 2026, and Veterans seeking a new career opportunity. 
  • College Graduates/Undergraduates – Preferred area of study includes, but is not limited to, Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, Communications, General Business Management, Economics, & Finance.
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities. We will require proof of work authorization.
  • If selected for the HUB Apprenticeship Program apprentices will execute company’s nondisclosure agreement which requires, among other things post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non- disclosure.

Timeline

  • Applicants may apply by submitting their resumes through the HUB Career Portal under the job positing titled “Apprentice HUB SoCal (January 2026)”
  • Resumes will be accepted through September 30th, 2025.
  • Initial Screening : Applicant with the required skills & qualifications will be notified to take a work style assessment (administered by “Culture Index”) as part of the initial screening process.
  • Final Screening : Candidates selected from the initial screening will be scheduled to meet with a Selection Panel from the HUB Management  Team. Final selection of apprentices to participate in the program will be notified no later than 10/30/2025.
  • The Apprenticeship Program will commence on, Monday, January 12th, 2026.
