We are searching for the best talent for Cold Chain Operations Co-Op to be in Titusville, NJ.
- The Co-op term is from January to July, 2026
- Full time requirement (40 hours per week)
Purpose:
Cold Chain operations is a service supporting E2E supply chain for cold chain requirements from Cell bank to delivery of the FG at the DC dock for products produced through the Innovative medicine network though internal or external production sites. This includes ownership for storage in internal and external sites (or 3PL) and links.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cold Chain Operations Co-op to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cold chain logistics and operations, supporting the development and enhancement of our processes and metrics.
You will be responsible for:
- Metrics Publication: Publish quarterly reports detailing department metrics to track performance and improvement.
- Database Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of a Cold Chain Operations database, including site master data, lane details, and key contacts.
- SOP Review and Enhancement: Review existing onboarding documents and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current practices and improve operational efficiency.
- Training Coordination: Ensure timely completion of training programs for team members, contributing to a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.
- Credo Event Participation: Participate in and lead Credo Events to foster a culture of engagement and teamwork within the department.
- Ad Hoc Project Support: Provide support on various ad hoc projects to assist in the optimization of cold chain operations and processes.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics and operations is a plus.
- Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
