The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. We’re looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented intern to join our Go To Market (GTM) Operations team. This role offers unique opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the strategic and operational backbone of our sales, marketing and customer success functions. The GTM Operations Intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to help streamline processes, analyze performance and support initiatives that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing Salesforce workflows, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Conduct data quality audits and contribute to CRM hygiene initiatives
- Help document and standardize GTM processes across teams.
- Collaborate with team members to identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Contribute to internal enablement materials and process guides.
- Support weekly business cadence as part of the GTM management system.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
