HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Servicing end-users at the walk-up counter
Troubleshooting basic computer or account issues preventing the end-user from completing their work
Maintaining existing processes and requirements for tickets and reporting of issues
Resolving basic hardware issues, troubleshooting software issues, and assisting users with account limitations
Contribute to the operations of the IT infrastructure within the campus, including but not limited to system patching, cabling, printer installation and maintenance, as well as asset tagging and tracking.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for at least another 12 months and can dedicate 12 months toward this internship
Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
Able to work 25+ hours per week during normal business hours (Monday – Friday)
Degree focusing in computer science, business information systems or related field
Basic knowledge of computer and mobile device hardware
Familiarity with common software products such as: Windows 10, MacOS, IOS, Microsoft Office, O365 and Internet Browsers
Strong communications skills
Well organized and ability to work autonomously
