Financial Operations Co-op (Procure to Pay)
Location: Boston, MA
This is a 6-month (January 5th - June 26th, 2026) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters.
As a Financial Operations Co-op, you’ll join our Procure to Pay team, immersing yourself in purchasing, accounts payable, and travel & expense operations. You'll develop critical skills in data and contract management, vendor and customer setup, travel expense oversight, and the creation and management of purchase orders, all while meticulously tracking vendor spending.
This role is fundamental to ensuring Klaviyo's Finance team operates with seamless efficiency. You'll directly impact the team through maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, and by contributing to the optimization of our operational processes and technology.
How you will make an impact:
- Gain hands-on experience with finance tools including Coupa, Navan, Netsuite, ZipHQ, and Stripe
- Play a key role in streamlining the onboarding experience for our vendors and customers
- Enhance the efficiency of our Finance Operations team by optimizing and improving data quality
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with the Finance team and various business units
- Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
Who you are:
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and adapt quickly to new challenges
- A curious self-starter with a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
- Already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots and understand the broader impact of your work.
- A dependable and accountable individual

- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Have a prior internship or co-op experience in Supply Chain or Procurement
- Have demonstrated experience in projects or coursework in AI or Data Science

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
