This position supports the Learning & Development team in multiple areas, with a primary emphasis on instructional design, project management, and data analytics.
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, primarily on 1st shift. Some flexibility to work past 5pm will be needed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Instructional Design:
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee learning and development.
· Evaluate and update existing training materials to align with digital-first strategies and new competency frameworks.
· Create engaging training content and digital learning materials.
Project Management:
· Assist in the integration and rollout of a new competency management system, including project management, content migration, user training, and feedback collection.
· Assist in developing an implementation plan that outlines the steps for updating training materials and creating new digital content.
Data Analytics:
· Support the development of data analysis and tracking mechanisms to assess training effectiveness and gather insights for improvement using data analytics tools.
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Required: High School diploma or equivalent. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in instructional design, project management, organizational development, or Human Resources.
EXPERIENCE:
Preferred:
· Interest in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields (e.g., business, psychology, education).
· Knowledge of project management and data analytics.
· Familiarity with digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate) and platforms is a plus.
· Strong communication, collaboration, and digital literacy skills.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn new technologies.
SKILLS:
· Above-average communication skills (written and oral)
· Service-oriented attitude
· Strong listening skills
· Detail-oriented
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Strong administrative and organizational skills
