As Intern – Production Controller you will interface between the shop and fulfillment team and your main role will be monitoring and supporting production line.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Learn how to monitor shop production in order to assure delivery plan

• Verify supplier commit and expedite delays to ensure production scheduling  

• Support shop activities

• Support shop and Materials Planning team to improve production lead time, turns and inventory

• Provide support in communication among different functions

• Monitor operational alignment with production plan and KPIs

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering of Management Engineering

• Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel

• Analytical, organizational and planning skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledge of technical drawing

• Curious and eager to learn

• Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently

• Fluent Italian and English

• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to make decisions quickly

• Ability to guide and influence others

• Prior experience in Material Planning

• Knowledge of SAP

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
