Project Management – Intern

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Management Intern (Transformation) to join our team in Charlotte. This internship will provide hands-on experience supporting transformation projects, including the rollout of Oracle Fusion and DarwinBox across the Americas region. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field to gain exposure to corporate project management and change initiatives. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Project Coordination: Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and documenting action items
• Risk & Issue Tracking: Help identify, document, and track risks, issues, and dependencies
• Change Management: Support communication and change management activities related to system rollouts
• Reporting: Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Task Execution: Support day-to-day project management tasks to ensure project milestones are met
• Ad Hoc Projects: Provide assistance on additional transformation initiatives as needed

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Interest in project management and business transformation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a team
