What you'll do:
The Corporate Compliance Intern will play a key role in supporting the ongoing development and implementation of our corporate Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of corporate compliance, including policy management, training and communications, monitoring and risk assessments. The intern will work on meaningful projects that directly contribute to fostering a culture of integrity and ensuring the effectiveness of our compliance framework.
The opportunity:
- 12 month work-term beginning January 2026.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact:
- Assist in the drafting, review, and revision of corporate policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
- Support the development and deployment of E&C training and awareness campaigns, including creating materials and communication drafts.
- Conduct research on emerging regulatory trends, industry best practices, and specific compliance-related topics as needed.
- Provide support for key compliance processes, such as conflicts of interest, anti-bribery & corruption, business continuity, etc.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders on program activities and progress.
- Collaborate closely with members of the Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, and Internal Audit teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Help manage project timelines, track deliverables, and provide status updates to ensure key initiatives are completed successfully.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- A high level of integrity and discretion, with a strong understanding of the need to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to help draft clear policies, reports, and communications.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to understand both detailed rules and the broader strategic picture.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with proven experience in managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project goals.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a genuine interest in corporate ethics, compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
