Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services. These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.

Contingent upon business needs, performance and completion of degree, our internship serves as a pipeline to our full-time early-career program EDGE.

  • A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). 

The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting team, you will help with spearheading high-priority projects across Enterprise Services, conduct data analysis, and provide informed recommendations.  The Enterprise Services Governance and Reporting Team facilitates comprehensive strategic metrics reporting along with enhanced risk and portfolio reporting capabilities. A key focus of the department is analyzing data inputs and outputs to generate actionable business intelligence insights. In addition, the Enterprise Services Governance & Reporting Analyst will implement a project management framework, ensuring projects are aligned with defined milestones and delivering high-quality and timely results. 

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance of risk and control inventories, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Conduct initial research and analysis on risk incidents, policy exceptions, or control deficiencies, partnering with senior team members to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. 
  • Assist with preparing risk and governance reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. Provide administrative support for governance processes such as policy attestation, training completion tracking, or risk assessments.
  • Assist in the identification of process improvements related to risk reporting or governance tracking.
  • Perform quality checks on risk and control data to identify inconsistencies or gaps.

Selection and Program Timeline: (timing may vary)

  • August – October 2025: Applications open 
  • October – December 2025: Interview and Selection process 
  • January – May 2026: Early engagement and onboarding process 
  • June 2026: Start of program 

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums: Business, Economics, Finance
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA to be considered

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills 
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus 
  • High level of attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving.
     
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
