Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

What You’ll Do 

You’ll learn on-the-job through a series of projects and assignments based on your area of study and aspirations. Your ideas won’t sit on a shelf; they’ll help growing businesses make their mark from day one. You will:

  • Build out and present competitive audit of visual and verbal elements for mentor / peer players across industries from venture to cleantech and sustainable agriculture.
  • Help develop campaigns, messaging and reporting for businesses we support like Cox Farms, Cox Cleantech and Socium Ventures
  • Communicate updates, progress and inputs needed across web, social and creative teams.
  • Build relationships and interact with a variety of teams, internal and external customers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Network with peers and professionals in the industry.

Who You Are 

You’re ready to learn on the job and dive into new systems, tools and ways of working. You are also:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in a related field.   
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, stays flexible and brings curiosity to your work.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and quick to learn.
  • Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication.
  • Accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and online research.

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
