We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.
Our multi-disciplined Process Engineering team performs hands-on problem solving in a collaborative and fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are subject matter experts for processes and materials in a cleanroom environment which focuses on radiofrequency (RF) microelectronic packaging and surface mount technology. This hands-on role confronts new projects and challenges every day and requires cross-functional collaboration in both cutting-edge automation and mature production processes. Support manual and automated assembly processes involving epoxy and solder materials with microelectronic die and surface mount components.
Work hand-in-hand with product engineers, quality engineers, reliability engineers, and manufacturing engineers on product manufacturing.
Support the development and implementation of materials, processes, process improvements, and production support using established statistical process control techniques, experimental designs, material analysis, mechanical design analysis, and root cause analysis.
Evaluate materials, equipment and processes (including qualification, acceptance testing, and specification development) and interface with key internal and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
