About the role

You will take part in shaping the future of our back-of-house environments. This individual will work to drive an innovative and scalable project that will focus on improvingoperations while reducingcosts andmaintaining our uncompromising standards on food quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a project focused on finding a scalable efficiency and/or accuracy improvement(s) in our BOH

  • Use data analysis and field observation to define and monitor KPIs in scope

  • Work cross-functionally with Culinary Engineering, Field Operations, Product, andFSQA teams

  • Work within our team and cross functionally to ensure the initiative is pilot ready, if time allows you willinitiate the launch of the pilot

  • Prepare and present a finalized business case for the initiative

The experience you have

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with at least one year remaining

  • Bachelor’s Degree focus in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Operations Research, or a related field.

  • Proficient at building strong working relationships across multiple teams and levels. 

  • Familiar with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and Jira. 

  • You move quickly and adapt in real-time to new insights. 

  • You solve problems and make decisions grounded in data, field research, and intuition. 

  • You gain trust through collaboration, clear communication, and thoughtful execution. 

  • You can rally teams around a shared vision.

Base Salary: $36 per hour.

Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
