This Co-op is designed to support the Creative Senior Manager and the broader Park Studios team. The Designer Co-op will assist in developing visual assets, applying brand standards, and contributing to projects across print, digital, packaging and experiential platforms. This role is ideal for a student passionate about design, branding, and storytelling who is eager to learn by doing.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities  

  • Design Support: Assist in creating and adapting visual assets for packaging, digital, and print materials.
  • Brand Application: Apply brand guidelines across projects to ensure cohesive and professional representation.
  • Marketing & Campaigns: Contribute to campaign execution by preparing creative materials for multiple platforms and audiences.
  • Creative Projects: Support a variety of design needs, from sales collateral to quick-turn projects across different business areas.
  • Project Assistance: Prepare files, collect assets, and contribute to layout, typography, and image optimization needs.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (must be enrolled throughout duration of co-op).
  • Must hold and maintain a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 overall grade point average.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, delivering consistent results in a remote environment.
  • Proficient at addressing routine challenges, with the capability to interpret work direction as well as pivot when necessary to solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written form.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now, nor in the future, for this position.
