Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as an Intismeran Intern for 10-12 weeks during the summer of 2026. In this role, you will assist with (Global Medical Scientific Affairs – Therapeutic Area – Melanoma) GMSA Oncology TA Alliance activities, playing a critical part in completing and monitoring project progress to ensure timely execution while providing key updates to stakeholders.

You will interact with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including Medical and Commercial teams, and have the opportunity—under the guidance of the Senior Director—to work on strategic business goals, drive projects through the organization, and participate in multi-functional teams, primarily outside the US. The project(s) would be within a specific area and identified upon acceptance; however, the following areas are potential areas that the incumbent would support: Data Visualization using our internal AI program in conjunction with PowerPoint, working with priority countries outside the US to understand how to provide patient access to medicine that is being developed.

Primary Activities:

  • Immerse yourself in a project that is designed to be completed within the timeframe of the internship

  • The project with allow you to address the strategy/problem, work towards key milestones and project deliverables

  • Maintain metrics and track project progress on project

  • Schedule routine updates w/Manager and stakeholders and use this forum to make concerns visible

  • Ensure necessary stakeholders provide their input

  • Ensure all data is in compliance with Good Documentation Practices and departmental procedures is of the highest integrity, quality and accuracy

  • Actively participate in all offered Intern activities as offered by the Program

Required Education & Experience:

  • Candidates must currently be a student (junior or senior) enrolled in a Science Curriculum

  • Candidates must have basic understanding of biological systems; ideally immunology and cell mechanics

  • Candidates must be proficient in use of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration and inclusion skills, and ability to work in a team environment

  • Candidates must be a self-starter with capability to develop innovative solutions to challenges

  • Candidates must have proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to apply key concepts

  • Candidates must be able to speak with courage and candor

  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills using PowerPoint

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Familiarity with concepts of project management

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
