About the mission we offer you: 

Within the Ethics & Compliance department, you will work closely with team members on the department's various activities.

As part of your tasks, you will be involved in the following activities in particular:

- Business Ethics: You will participate in the rollout of the compliance program, including risk mapping, documentation development, training development, and third-party assessment.

- Investigation: You will participate in internal investigations and compliance audits in France and abroad, and in the drafting of memoranda and legal opinions.

- Economic sanctions and export control: You will participate in the drafting of legal watch reports and opinions, and in the analysis of the compliance of operations/transactions with European economic sanctions regulations.

About you: 

  • EFB, holder of a Master's degree, if applicable, supplemented by other training (business school, LLM, Institute of Political Studies).
  • Experience in a law firm or in corporate compliance will be highly appreciated.
  • Fluency in English, attention to detail, dynamism, and good writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
  • You enjoy working in a team and are able to adapt to different interlocutors in a multicultural environment.
  • You must comply with professional rules and confidentiality.
  • You are proficient in IT tools (Office 365).
