Job Description:
About the role
The intern will participate in real-world projects involving technological migration, process redefinition, and documentation.
Key Responsabilities:
- Line Inventory Control: Monitoring and managing telecommunications line inventory.
- Azure OnData Subscription Migration: Supporting telecommunications configuration, APN and IP address migration to new IPSec tunnels, and assisting with communication testing.
- SD-WAN Implementation: Contributing to the transition of the corporate network from MPLS to SD-WAN, verifying information, and collaborating in deployments across various sites.
- Cybersecurity Assessment in Workplaces and Plants: Participating in maturity evaluations and information gathering.
- Security Alert Management: Coordinating with the Cybersecurity team to structure internal processes, document workflows, and define procedures applicable to changes in third-party applications and operational environments.
- Operational and Business Support: Updating IP addresses, resolving application incidents, and providing occasional infrastructure support (e.g., printers, minor deployments).
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of data networks and telecommunications protocols.
- Familiarity with network administration environments (SD-WAN, MPLS, etc.).
- Intermediate level of English.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactivity and organizational skills in multidisciplinary environments.
