Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

The RapidScale Corporate Communications team is seeking an intern to assist with developing content for various communications channels. The position is hybrid, with some remote and some in-person work at our headquarters in Raleigh.

Our Corporate Communications team tells our story through a variety of channels, both internally to our employees and externally to our clients and partners, such as our employee intranet (CoxOne), our employee communication platform (Viva Engage), social media, and news outlets.

The ideal candidate possesses the following:

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a related degree program, such as public relations, journalism, corporate/strategic communications and/or related field
  • Demonstrated interest in communications as a career (e.g., previous internship, current or past work or volunteer experience, educational studies)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
