Are you a rising college sophomore or junior still figuring out your future career path? The Sophomore Leadership Internship Program is your chance to explore the professional world through job shadowing—a unique opportunity to observe industry professionals in action and discover what inspires you.

What This Program Is:

An 8-week immersive, paid job-shadowing experience in the automotive finance industry, designed to help you:

• Discover a variety of career paths

• Learn through observation and mentorship

• Build confidence in a professional setting

• Connect with peers and industry leaders

Who Should Apply:

• Rising sophomores or juniors (graduating Spring 2027–Spring 2028)

• Students enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university (HBCU or HSI preferred)

• Curious, engaged, motivated individuals who want to explore career options

• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

• Effective communication skills and ability to engage and commune with fellow cohort members

• Leadership experience is a plus—but not required!

• Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area

• Reliable transportation required

• Full participation for all 8 weeks is mandatory (May 27- July 17, 2026)
