Job Description

We’re looking for curious, creative, and driven students to join our Marketing Intern Program. Over 12 weeks, you’ll gain real-world experience and contribute to projects that combine storytelling, strategy, and data to shape how ServiceNow shows up in the world. 

Our Marketing team plays a vital role in advancing ServiceNow’s company priorities — leading in AI innovation, creating best-in-class customer experiences, driving scalable growth, and delivering operational excellence.

What You’ll Do 

We have internships on the following teams within Global Brand Marketing:  

Brand Creative 

  • Be exposed to the full creative process: from insight to idea to execution, building creative agility across formats (digital, social, film, print, etc) 

  • Develop a strong understanding of the ServiceNow brand voice and aesthetic, and put it to work on real, live projects 

  • Produce portfolio-worthy work that appears in campaigns and internal showcases 

Brand Content - Content Creator/Video Editor 

  • Edit and shape compelling Thought Leadership content for multiple channels and audiences 

  • Collaborate with content marketers, brand designers, and cross-functional partners to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives 

  • Experiment with new technologies to improve and enhance creative content and workflows 

Brand Strategy 

  • Conduct synthetic and human research to help us better understand the elusive B2B audience 

  • Convert research into compelling strategic narratives and readouts that help us move the brand forward 

  • Proactively track competitors and brands we should admire (their messaging, positioning & creative), helping us stay ahead of the curve 

  • Support our brand health measurement, making charts from data, and identifying the stories within them 

  • Offer creative sparks to inspire teams, built from culture and observations

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate: 

You’re early in your marketing journey but already thinking big. You bring curiosity, creativity, and a drive to learn by doing. 

  • You’re an AI-native thinker — eager to explore how technology and creativity can make marketing smarter. 

  • You’re a storyteller at heart — able to connect ideas, data, and emotion to inspire action. 

  • You’re data-driven and insight-oriented — you like backing ideas with evidence and measuring what matters. 

  • You’re collaborative and curious — you thrive on feedback, iteration, and teamwork 

  • You’re organized and adaptable — able to manage multiple projects and stay proactive in fast-paced environments. 

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s program, graduating December 2026 or later. 

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and eager to learn new platforms.

This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. 

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $33.51/hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
