We are seeking a motivated and organized IT Project Management Intern to join our IT/Security PMO team in Charlotte. This internship will provide exposure to project management practices within IT, with a focus on IT security initiatives. It’s an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field to develop project management skills in a corporate environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation for IT initiatives
Support risk and issue tracking across IT Security projects
Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership review
Participate in project meetings and contribute to meeting notes and action items
Support process improvement initiatives within the IT PMO

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or a related field
Interest in IT project management and security initiatives
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
