What you'll do:
We’re seeking a Channel Marketing Intern to support our growing partner ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated university student who has completed 3-4 years of post-secondary education and is eager to gain real-world marketing experience. You’ll work closely with our Channel Marketing Team to provide hands-on support for partner programs, assist with co-marketing initiatives, and manage key administrative tasks that drive partner engagement and growth.
The opportunity:
- 12-16 month work-term beginning January 2026.
- Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact:
- Partner Marketing Support: Provide day-to-day execution support for partner marketing activities, including campaign support, partner event coordination, content management, and partner communications.
- Partner Programming Support: Assist in the ongoing maintenance and optimization of partner programs, including tracking participation, gathering partner feedback, and updating partner resources.
- Performance Audits: Help audit partner performance metrics to ensure alignment with Geotab brand standard or program goals and compile insights to support data-driven recommendations.
- Agency Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project timelines are met, deliverables are on track, and resources are organized.
- Webinar Coordination: Organize and schedule partner-facing webinars, including liaising with presenters, managing registration, sending calendar invites, and facilitating follow-ups.
- Co-Marketing Request Administration: Process co-marketing requests, ensuring documentation is complete, approvals are secured, and requests are accurately tracked in internal systems.
- Event Support: Contribute to partner events and trade shows by supporting pre-event communications, collateral preparation, and post-event reporting.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities that could enhance partner engagement strategies.
- Operational Support: Assist in building process documentation, organizing shared drives, and maintaining key marketing calendars and workflows.
- Special Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects related to partner onboarding, loyalty initiatives, and campaign performance evaluations as needed.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) or webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, WebEx) is a plus.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.
