About us
Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.

Today it continues to uphold the vision of the House through boundary-pushing collections including women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, accessories, and objets d’art. The brand’s unprecedented interactions with the expanding digital realm, material developments, and today’s social responsibilities keep it at the forefront of modernity.

In 2021, Balenciaga’s 50th Couture collection—the House’s first since its founder retired in 1968 – reintroduces a standard of cutting-edge elegance.

From October 2015 to July 2025, Demna designed both men’s and women’s collections as the Artistic Director.
In July 2025, Pierpaolo Piccioli was appointed Creative Director of Balenciaga.

Job Description

BALENCIAGA - Client Engagement Intern - JANVIER 2026 (F/H)

Your opportunity

Within the Global Client Engagement department, reporting to the Global Client Data and Insights Manager, the intern will aim to support the Data & Insights Global teams

You will be a key member of the team and will actively support the team on a number of different activities :

Assist Global client insights team to produce insights analysis for other departments/Regions
Collaborate with Kering to Improve customer data quality
Assist Global client insights team to improve Client Data consistency
Collaborate Global client insights team to develop new clients’ KPIs and presentation
Collaborate Global client Insights team to extract client data for regions and other departments
Assist Global client insights team to prepare guidelines of client’s data & insights for regions
Help improve and automate existing processes with Zepplin Notebook (Python and SQL)

Who you are :

You have a Master's degrees
SQL & Excel advanced computer skills, Python nice to have, Powerpoint
Good understanding of client centric experience and strategy
Fluent in English
