Job Description:

Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

During this internship, you will join the Post Production Engineering team, providing technical support to Creative Teams operating advanced media technology across Disney’s Post Production Facilities in the UK and Europe. You will contribute to maintaining and optimising the technology infrastructure that powers high-performance workflows for video editing, audio post-production, and 2D/3D graphics pipelines.

As a key member of the Technology Support team, you will engage in a variety of engineering and operational tasks essential for sustaining Disney’s global media networks and direct-to-consumer platforms. Responsibilities include updating technical documentation, managing and triaging support tickets, and collaborating with internal and external engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to large-scale media technology systems, providing a strong foundation for a future career in post-production engineering, media systems operations, or technical infrastructure management.

This role will require you to be onsite from Monday - Friday.

Eligibility

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027

  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

  • Available to start working full time from June 2026

  • Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

About you

  • A strong curiosity in either of the following areas: media, engineering or broadcasting

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

  • Strong interest in Premiere, After Effects, ProTools, Cinema4D and other Media Editing Tools
